"We would like to thank you and send our gratitude to each and every customer, whether you are new to Hayes or a repeat customer. Without you, we would not be here!"

-Chad Hayes/Owner

Our Philosophy

Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance.

The entire Hayes team is committed to meeting those needs at your convenience and are available around the clock as needed for emergency services. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry for your home or business. Providing and installing high-efficient heating and cooling options is our specialty. Delivering only the best products in the business, along with best business practices for installation, we can help you lower your utility costs.

With Hayes, there is no guessing about the repair costs either... we are up front about parts & labor, and will always ask for your approval before any additional service is started. We will provide you with an invoice at the time of service. No surprises!

Also when it comes to installing a new system, we will provide a clean and straight forward quote in a timely manner.

If you want to know a company that takes great pride, come to our side!

We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

Company Info

With over 25 years of experience and dedication to the trade, Chad truly believes that every customer counts.

Hayes Heating and Air Conditioning is proud to serve a number of towns in the Southern New Hampshire area.

Chad welcomed his business to the public in 2011, running services with just his crew and their trucks. He and his team worked day and night, committed to growing a strong customer base leading to a successful company. As Hayes Heating progressed, Chad decided to plant his roots in the small town of Milford.

Chad is passionate about helping other local companies, often giving back to the community and even participating in the town parades.

Our office and showroom, located just off the Oval at 15 Elm Street, has become a staple to the community and our company has significantly flourished here.

First built in 1796 and known as the Endicott Inn, the current renovated building is actually only half the size it originally was. We also have an authentic train caboose attached to the office, which features our fully functioning showroom!

Feel free to stop in and see the various equipment models and test out the next product that could be in your home!
